Georgetown Home Repair LLC's transparent pricing structure ensures fairness and convenience for our valued clients. Larger projects such as fences, decks, sheds, floating staircases are usually charged per project. For home repair and handyman services (ex. installing plumbing and electrical fixtures, small plumbing and electrical repairs, drywall installation and repair) the billing rate typically starts at $100 for the first hour and $50 for subsequent hours. To ensure a smooth process for larger projects, I typically require a 50% down-payment before work commences. Depending on the size or duration of the job, partial payments along the way may also be necessary.

I accept cash or check as preferred payment methods.
